Le Day Club (LDC) runs social fitness events in Montréal. When you register, you're agreeing to the rules of attending, paying, and signing the waiver. You can cancel before the event, the waiver releases LDC from liability for the ordinary risks of physical activity, and disputes go to Quebec courts. Plain stuff. The data-privacy half of the deal lives at /privacy.

The waiver and the event are separate from these terms
Signing the waiver releases LDC from liability for the ordinary risks of physical activity (within the limits of Quebec Civil Code article 1474). These terms cover the relationship, not injury. Both apply. Privacy is a third, separate document at /privacy.
If we change these terms
We'll bump the version at the top of this page and email everyone with an active signup. Substantive changes are not retroactive, your acceptance is tied to the version you saw the day you registered (we record it).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Québec. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
